You know your calling. You know your audience. Now it's a matter of refining your skills and strategies through training. But, effective ministry training for you requires direct and strategic use of courses. In Western's MA Specialized Ministry you will receive specialized graduate education with sound biblical and theological foundations as well as pastoral ministry courses tailored around your area of concentration.

Through an extensive mentoring program, we also strive to move students past the abstract of academia and into applied skill development for all their present and future ministries. And with a community of committed students and faculty to enhance the educational experience, we believe you will find a deepened love of Christ that exceeds beyond the pulpit and into every arena of your life.

Upon completing this 60-hour program, you will be more than ready to apply your skills and passions in one of six strategic ministry roles: chaplaincy, coaching, evangelism and equipping, Jewish ministry, pastoral care to women, and youth ministry.
